Galaxy Tab 4: Enable USB Debugging
[*]Ensure your device is not connected to another device via the USB cable.
[*]From the Home screen, select “Apps” > “Settings“.
[*]Select “General” at the top of the screen.
[*]Scroll down on the left pane and select “About device“.
[*]Tap the “Build number” area 7 times. You should get a message that indicates developer mode is enabled.
[*]You should now have a “Developer options” selection available on the left pane. Select it.
[*]Under the “Debugging” area, check the “USB debugging” check box.
